Every service is designed to be individualised, depending on each person's circumstances, goals, needs and agreed supports.
Assistance with Daily Living
Support with personal hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, daily routines, mobility and medication reminders, while encouraging independence and choice.
Community Participation
Support to take part in social and recreational activities, community events and community access — building confidence, independence and new skills.
Household Tasks
Help with keeping a clean, safe and comfortable home — general cleaning, laundry, dishwashing, grocery shopping, meal preparation and household organisation.
Personal Care
Respectful, dignified assistance with showering, grooming, dressing, personal hygiene and mobility — promoting privacy, choice and independence.
Transport Assistance
Where included in your supports, we can help with transport to medical appointments, community activities, education, employment and errands.

NDIS Information
Understanding Your NDIS Supports
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides funding to eligible Australians with disability, giving participants choice and control over the supports that help them pursue their goals. Support services, like those offered by Sobat, are designed to help participants make the most of their plan — day to day and over the long term.
Sobat works alongside NDIS participants — self-managed and plan-managed — as well as families, guardians, carers and support coordinators, making sure support is delivered in a way that's practical, respectful and aligned with each person's plan.
